Project Management

EPCI Solutions supports the PM success by providing continuity of the functions throughout our scope of our responsibility, with comprehensive and accurate reporting on progress and challenges, so these may be included in the overall PM Reporting and Planning. We apply the following PM activities throughout the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases, in the following typical ways:

Engineering

  • Ensuring that project documentation is current, such as schedule, drawings, inspections etc.
  • Continuous input and update support to the Project Schedule
  • Assistance with and planning of QA/QC which includes Inspections and Tests.
  • Evaluation and recommendations to any required engineering changes.

Procurement

  • Monitor and report on consumables
  • Assistance in expediting
  • Damage Inspections during Recieving and Preservation needs
  • Change Orders originating from Work Scope

Construction

  • Keeping focus on the critical path and general update of schedule
  • Ensuring materials and equipment are available
  • Work progress according to schedule
  • On-site communications
  • Fulfilling all inspections and tests, and any support materials or equipment.
